Support on Antenna new project on DFMEA/PFMEA/Sample making/Process control.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILIES
1. Working with PJM/PD on DFMEA/New sample making, provide supports on Antenna business.
2. Working on POP PFMEA/SOP to get a good process control .
3. Working on POP process improvement.
4. Working on POP trouble shooting and process control to pop production.
5. Working on Antenna new samples plating cost quotation.
6. Working on POP new chemical process development and new plating method study.
7. Working with QA/AQP on plating failure analysis and 8D report.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor on chemistry background is must
WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Years of experience: At least above 2 years experience working on LDS plating or relative industry such as PCB/plastical plating.
OTHER TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION/SPECIFIC COMPETENCY:
Familiar with FMEA/SPC/SOP
Familiar with 8D report
Good command of English reading/speaking/listening/writing
